Soul Mentorship

We all need allies whose relationships with us are crystalline and unconditional—soul friends dedicated to our flourishing who reflect the intelligence in our depths—but in our busy, lonely culture, our needs for nourishing presence and supportive connection are often not met. Soul mentorship is a way to meet these needs, tend the vital relationships that make you who you really are, and map the path to a life in alignment with your innermost dreams. It’s a sanctuary in which you are safe to feel your most forbidden feelings, speak your most contradictory truths, and manifest your most authentic power.

I’m here to go the distance with you. To help you unravel the tangles in your heart, hold up a mirror to your beauty when you can’t see it, and have your back when the ground falls away. I’m here to catch the whispers of the quietest voices inside—those voices that get lost in the din of the daily routine; those parts that are essential to fulfillment—and sing them back into belonging in the mandala of your wholeness.

I have spent decades collecting therapeutic and spiritual tools that support transformation. Together we’ll design a template of practices tailored to your needs, and embark on a journey to the life that calls you. What this looks like will be up to you, but itineraries may include: free writing, messy art, rapturous music, devotional offerings, primal yoga, full moon dance parties, mountaintop sunrises, visits to secret waterfalls, wandering uncharted wilds (within and without), and deep dives into wells of ancestral wisdom and mythic lore.

Paying attention to what resonates, and tuning in to clues that come in dreams and synchronicities, we’ll map the way to the joy of your body, the peace of your heart, and the wisdom of your soul—that temple inside you that no storm can touch, where the gifts you bring hum with radical hope and shine with unstoppable light.

Counseling is offered in person and over Zoom, and is available to all. I speak English and Spanish, and welcome people of any age, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, ability, relationship orientation, and cultural background.
