At Sacred Nature, we are dedicated to transformation. We do this work by sharing practices and cultivating spaces that support people to reconnect deeply with nature, with each-other, and with the mystery. We believe that a felt sense of reconnection is critical not only to our individual well-being but to our collective flourishing, and to the vital work of cultural and ecological repair that faces us as a species.
We are often separated from our bodies and souls, and the sense of meaning and depths of insight they help us access, by conditioned patterns of behavior, and experienced and inherited trauma. Ceremonial practices, in conjunction with committed inner work, support us to manifest our deepest gifts by addressing the unmet needs of our bodies, and aligning us with our inner soul-centered wisdom. Integrating initiatory encounters with emergent creative and somatic therapies nurtures a connection with the sacred that expands possibilities for healing. Attuning to the wisdom of our plant elders, with the support of community and counseling, we enter a collaboration that helps us move what is stuck, metabolize unconscious material into embodied understandings, and cultivate a felt sense of interconnection that transports us beyond individualistic goals, towards our birthright of collective liberation and ecstatic illumination.
As we connect with the forces of nature, we discover the infinite within ourselves.
As we invoke our innate capacity for conscious relationship, we enter a life vibrant with wonder.
Our mission
No matter where we come from, our ancestors practiced shamanic technologies of healing and transformation. Many of us feel the call to return to ways of being that are centered in reverent relationship with our deepest selves, our communities, and nature. We believe that the remembrance of our universal animist inheritance is critical to our capacity to navigate our current planetary challenges, and to manifest a future that honors all beings. We center our work in gratitude to cultures with living lineages of earth-based wisdom, stewards of sacred plant traditions, and the healing forces of nature . Our guiding ethic is reciprocity, and a portion of all proceeds is given to the Indigenous Reciprocity Initiative, a network of indigenous community-based organizations fighting for land, water, food, medicine and culture. We are committed to ongoing apprenticeship within a network of accountability to elders, mentors and colleagues.
Together,
we transform.
No matter what struggles our life includes, each of us has the capacity for recovery and regeneration. When we attune to inner wisdom, it becomes easier for us to understand the messages of our bodies and souls, and release limiting patterns that hold us back from a life radiant with possibilities.
Soul work is critical to the transformation of our culture and thriving of our planet. Our decolonial future depends on our expanding compassion, engaged participation, and commitment to a community that leaves no one out.
The healing of our world needs all of us, and all of our visions and offerings.
