Nothing is more joyful than freedom from the habits that harden us. Many of us have resigned ourselves to discomfort, even as we long for vitality, clarity, and inner peace. Yoga is the ancient antidote to the stagnation that underlies our physical and emotional discomfort— the practice of sages who understood that the flow of energy in the body was essential to wellness and awakening.

Yoga helps us ignite our life force, counter the health-degrading influences of modern culture, clear legacies of inherited trauma, and return to alignment—within ourselves, our relationships, and our connection to nature and source. 

Our mission is to help you hear the wisdom of your body as it guides you toward authenticity and thriving, and connect these communications to a living practice tuned to your needs and dreams.



 

The body is honest, and movement can dislodge what blocks our energy in a way talking can’t. New realms of flexibility, strength and joy become ours when we recover our innate capacity to perceive our body’s messages. Yoga helps us center and come to clarity, no matter how chaotic our environment or confusing our circumstances.

Our mission is to support your reconnection with the healer within you, through a primal exploration that won’t be limited to asanas on the mat. Maybe a back ache calls for asanas that empower your core, or maybe it’s tied to a weight in your chest a dance party will best release. We might start out doing sun salutations and end up samba dancing, or meditating at the river.

Staying curious and attuned to the messages from within, we hold space for whatever arises without goals or judgements.
