My love for the earth—and recognition of the inseparability of body, soul, nature and cosmos—guides my life and work. Through one-on-one sessions, mentorship, ceremonies and wilderness-based initiatory encounters, I foster embodied, relational, and creative ways of being and knowing that invite reconnection with the healing forces of nature. Cultivating relationship with the wild beauty of Life, we reclaim the wild beauty of our souls. Centering the intelligence in our sensitivity, honouring our feelings, and tending our innermost longings, we nurture emergent capacities for insight, clarity, resilience, courage and joy.

My work is informed by decades of experience supporting healing through ceremonial work with sacred plants. As a trained psilocybin facilitator, I bridge this shamanic apprenticeship with the emergent science of psychedelic therapy, to create safe, trauma-informed containers for the expansion of consiousness. Deep commitment to practices that keep me in balance—yoga, poetry, singing, and trail running—confirm the value of embedding holotropic ritual in a web of modalities for embodied integration. Doctoral studies in Ecopsychology, Depth Psychology and Indigenous Wisdom continue to advance my offering.

I am committed to reciprocity with the wisdom-keepers who tend earth-based lineages, and solidarity with all movements for indigenous sovereignty. A deep bow to the Coast Salish tribes who are the original stewards of the land I call home. This work is gender-identity and poly-affirming, and rooted in decolonial, anti-racist, feminist and neuro-queer theory.

I speak English and Spanish and offer all services at a sliding scale for people with marginalized identities and limited resources.
