Ameya
I am a psychedelic educator, ceremonialist and soul guide, cultivating spaces and pathways that weave ritual into an integrative matrix of somatic, arts-based, depth psychological and ecopsychological therapies. My work is rooted in the teachings of plants and wisdom of elders, and guided by the science of consciousness research. All I share is inspired by my recognition of the connection between personal healing and social and ecological justice, and dedicated to the emergence of a culture of loving reciprocity.
My work is gender-identity and poly-affirming, and grounded in decolonial, anti-racist, feminist and neuro-queer theory. I am committed to solidarity with movements for indigenous sovereignty, with a deep bow of gratitude to the Coast Salish tribes whose land I live on. I speak English and Spanish. All people are welcome, including those with marginalized identities and limited resources.
I am mid-way through a PhD at the California Institute of Integral Studies, advancing studies in engaged world psychologies, and deepening trauma-informed skills within a network of mentors.
