A short walk down the enchanting creek trail leads to a beach that is home to herons, eagles and otters. Increasing scientific evidence attests to the importance of set and setting, and our experience corroborates this. To sit with plant teachers in a place that is vibrant with the healing forces of nature is to align with ancestral wisdom, and discover possibilities for transformation that are harder to access in clinical environments.
